One common area that is hard for people to always stay positive, is usually in the office. Unfortunately, we sometimes have to work with individuals who are not always in the best of moods. But take the step to be even kinder to them. What?? That's right, have you heard of the saying, "kill them with Kindness"? Well, it's true and and works! Try saying one nice thing to that person once a day or even crack a smile and make eye contact. Maybe you just say, "good morning Erica"...and do not expect anything in return. By you simply complementing, expressing positive body language (smile/eye contact when speaking), or even sending them positive vibes their way...makes a huge difference. They feel great and so will you, everyone wins :)

The wonderful thing is that positively is contagious :) So ask yourself, am I Contagious? :) Try this even if you already work with nice, open minded co-workers. It only can enhance your relations with those you interact with. Heck, why not try this with everyone.

Feng Shui and the Holidays

Tis the season to fill your hearts with love and compassion. We should do this all the time really but, if you need a specific time to extend a helping hand to a friend or family member...even a stranger, this is it.

Go out into the day and do something nice. We call this "paying it forward." One good deed roles into the next and starts a chain reaction. Your kindness could be as simple as donating money to a charity or helping someone reach that can of soup in the grocery store.
